Ryan Lugo is the founder of IQ Dog Training and has been doing dog training for the last 6 years. He started his professional career by mentoring under a police dog instructor in Utah. Ryan has experience assisting with police dog training, protection training working dogs and pets. Ryan has mastered the science of positive reinforcement and balanced- Obedience training. He later relocated his business to Whittier, California in early 2023.

Alex Rojas has a background in security dog training and scent detection. He has worked as a K9 handler specializing in bomb detection. He is certified with Houston K-9 Academy where he became an expert in dog psychiatry' and behavior modification. He has worked with aggressive dogs, fearful dogs and high drive working dogs. Alex joined IQ Dog Training in 2023.
